The Top Cats will again hold their abbreviated annual Toys for Tots Breakfast/Motorcycle run-on Sunday December 5, 2021. This is a snow, rain or shine event. Depending on the weather, if roads are dry, we will meet at 9:45am at the Copernicus Foundation located at 5216 W Lawrence Ave., Chicago. KSU at 10am to depart to the Podhalanka Restaurant located at 1549 W. Division St., Chicago. After breakfast, we will travel west on Division and join the parade at Western Ave. We will proceed north on Western Ave. and drop off our toys at Lane Tech High School. For those living in the northwest suburbs, you would exit Lane Tech going north on Western and make a left at the light on Addison Ave. Going west on Addison will take you to the Kennedy and back to the northwest suburbs.
If the weather is bad or if someone would like to join for breakfast in their car, breakfast will be at 10:30am. It is mandatory that everyone RSVP if you are riding your bike or driving your car. I need a head count for the restaurant to prepare enough food for our breakfast. You should be on your way home by 1:30pm.
